Our client is seeking an experienced Team Leader to ensure the effective front-line operation of their contact centre and that it is in alignment with their customer experience strategy.

This important role will also act as the Product Owner for the contact centre technologies, customer feedback channels and business processes whilst enhancing processes through continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a genuine people leader role; therefore, you must have:
  • Led customer focussed teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with technology
  • Curiosity and natural interest in improving services, making a difference to customers
  • An absolute focus on equity when engaging with customers
  • Experience enhancing services
  • Exceptional ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels.
