As this is a new, one-year, fixed-term role, we are seeking a genuine, capable business analyst with at least five years of experience who wants to make a real difference for Pasifika.  It is important to be able to demonstrate a high level of business analysis proficiency, covering the following:

• Core project business analysis capabilities ranging from gap analysis and problem definition through to options and recommendations.
• Workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Business process, service design and customer experience design experience.
• A strong ability to develop trusted relationships with stakeholders.

In addition, as an experienced business analyst, we are looking for the following:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and writing abilities
• Ability to present ideas in a concise and user-friendly fashion
• Confidence to engage with a vast range of stakeholders
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
• Strong ability to engage in gathering requirements
• Be able to deal with ambiguity
• Have a genuine human-centred approach, with a desire to make a difference.
