We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Commercial Specialist with a strong legal background to review and enhance performance measures, establish best practices, and manage key supplier relationships and negotiations.
In this key role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the evaluation and optimisation of the current supplier performance measurement framework
- Supporting the review and redesign of current KPIs; this includes developing the strategy, facilitating workshops with key stakeholders and leading the negotiation process
- Helping to establish and implement best practice governance frameworks and tools.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Senior-level procurement and commercial experience, including legal experience
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder and supplier relationship management and negotiations
- Previous experience establishing and implementing best practice governance frameworks
- A thorough understanding of the machinery of government
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine approach, with a desire to add value.
