Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with business case experience to work on a significant programme. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working in government organisations and in business and IT programmes.
As a result, you must have experience in:
- Business Case Development within the public sector
- Business Process Modelling
- Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Working within complex, fast-paced programmes of work
- A strong ability to develop trusted relationships with stakeholders.
In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following attributes:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to present ideas in a concise and user-friendly fashion
- Confidence to engage with a vast range of stakeholders
- Be able to problem solve and think on your feet
- Strong ability to engage in gathering requirements
- Be able to deal with ambiguity
- Have a genuine human-centred approach, with a desire to make a difference
