Our private sector client is seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Systems Manager for a 12-month fixed term to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that foster organisational excellence and continuous improvement through data management, analytics, and systems integration.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Over eight years of experience in data management, reporting systems, and analytics
  • A track record of delivering innovative solutions that foster organisational excellence and continuous improvement
  • The ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights
  • Experience developing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organisational goals and the ability to anticipate future challenges or opportunities
Ideally, you will have:
  • A tertiary-level qualification in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • An understanding of New Zealand’s regulatory environment and government data divisions
  • Experience partnering with government agencies, or association industry experience.
Lastly, and importantly, you must:
  • Have high attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Have exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Enjoy working in high-impact environments
  • Be able to work with autonomy, demonstrating initiative to solve complex challenges.
