Our client is seeking a highly experienced and engaging Senior Project Manager with Public Sector experience to work within a significant and critical work programme until June 2026.  A track record of delivery is essential, as is cross-Government experience.
  
Genuine stakeholder engagement is paramount, as is the ability to define, develop, and implement stakeholder analysis, and to manage and identify stakeholders. 
  
The ability to build trust and confidence is key to ensuring buy-in and commitment to the programme's objectives.  Communication must be conveyed in a meaningful way, to the right people at the right time, and significantly in an appropriate manner.
  
As a result, you must have experience in:

• Led complex projects across multiple Government agencies
• Working within Government agencies on transformation change programmes
• Business process and operational change

In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following attributes:

• builds trust and confidence quickly
• strong communication (written and verbal)
• strong internal and external stakeholder and relationship management skills.
