We are looking for an experienced internal Recruitment Advisor to work closely with our client and support them in attracting and sourcing talent at scale for a critical programme.
Please note, this is not a ‘transactional’ recruitment role; we are wanting to speak with consultants who have experience designing and delivering recruitment strategies, proactive sourcing and building strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
As a critical member of the team, you will deliver the best possible experience to everyone you engage with, demonstrating our commitment to making a difference in everything you do. This role will suit someone who thinks strategically, is proactive, and, importantly, is committed to adding value and delivering high-value solutions.
