Our client is seeking a highly experienced project coordinator to ensure their portfolio of IT projects continue to run smoothly. Supporting multiple projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project tasks and progress to ensure timeframes are met.
Day to day, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans
- Preparing and monitoring project budgets
- Maintaining project risk and issue registers, escalating as required
- Preparing reports, status updates, presentations, agendas, and minute taking
- Processing invoices and assisting with month end
This is a busy role that requires you to hit the ground running, so to be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience supporting multiple IT projects and project managers concurrently
- Financial administration experience
- Exposure to a range of project management tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement experience
- Top notch time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
