We are looking for an experienced technical business analyst who has a passion for engaging with IT and business groups to work together to solve complex challenges. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in business and process analysis, ideally within a New Zealand Government context.
  
As a result, you must have:

• A good understanding of of modern workplace technology and related needs
• Very strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience delivering strategic solutions to complex issues

In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to present ideas in a concise and user-friendly fashion
• Be able to problem solve and think on your feet
• Strong ability to engage in gathering requirements
• Be able to deal with ambiguity.
