‍Our amazing client is seeking an experienced and energetic Manager with extensive knowledge of planning, integration, and improvement to transform critically important services. This is a special role. You will lead a team of eight and report to a well-respected, inspirational manager who wants to make a real difference.

• Natural leadership, planning and coordination skills backed by a desire to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Someone who enjoys both managing a team as well as ‘doing the doing’.
• A genuine ability to build collaborative relationships across business units.
• A track record of providing strategic and operational planning and improvement advice within the public sector.
• Strong engagement and relationship skills - managing complex relationships, both internally and externally, with the ability to establish credibility at all levels.
• An ability to be pragmatic but also deliver to deadlines involving multi-stakeholder projects – whilst working together toward a common goal.
