We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Manager whose values align with our own to join our close-knit team.

This is not a ‘transactional’ resourcing role; we want to speak with recruitment professionals who have proven experience designing and delivering recruitment strategies, proactive sourcing and building strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

As a critical member of the team, you will deliver the best possible experience to everyone you engage with, demonstrating our commitment to making a difference in everything you do.

This role will suit someone who thinks strategically, is proactive and practical, and, most importantly, is committed to adding value and delivering high-value solutions.
You must:

• Bring experience working in a fast-paced recruitment agency environment
• Be able to multitask, and think quickly and critically
• Have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Thrive working within a close-knit team that genuinely cares about each other and our candidates.
