Amber brings over 20 years of experience working with people around the globe. Her work has seen her manage teams of hospitality professionals, as well as coaching leadership teams to grow their businesses. With an impressive career Amber brings experience in General Management, Recruitment, Project Management, and People and Culture.
Highlights include co-owning and operating ‘The Town Mouse’ which was a hatted bar and restaurant in Melbourne, that was voted in Australia’s Top 50 Restaurants.
With a passion for helping people achieve their best, Amber’s approach to her work is considered and thoughtful. She enjoys building strong relationships and connecting talented people.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as sampling the amazing hospitality Wellington has on offer.
