Jo is a senior talent specialist with nearly 20 years’ experience connecting people and solving recruitment challenges across New Zealand and Australia. She’s worked across both public and private sectors, with a focus on technical and hard-to-fill roles, workforce planning, and targeted search, bringing a strategic lens and a practical, get-it-done approach.
People are at the heart of everything Jo does. She builds trusted relationships quickly and creates spaces where others feel comfortable, supported, and able to contribute. She’s known for her genuine approach and her ability to turn conversations into connection and connection into momentum.
She has a strong interest in the evolving role of AI in the world of work, particularly how it can simplify processes, enhance decision-making, and create space for more meaningful human connection, working smarter while staying grounded in a relationship-led approach.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Jo exploring the outdoors with her daughter and their dog Duke, dancing at music festivals, or getting hands-on with creative and furniture projects.
