Director

Kim brings almost 20 years experience managing and delivering both consulting and recruitment services in Wellington.
Throughout her career she has worked with many vastly different Government organisations on large and complex transformation programmes, some include the Ministry of Education, New Zealand Defence Force, Oranga Tamariki, New Zealand Police and the Ministry of Business and Innovation.
She is described by clients as authentic, supportive, hard working, dedicated and honest. She is particularly passionate about making a difference, and she isn’t afraid to make the tough calls. Kim is particularly attuned to ensuring there are true values and cultural alignment between the professional and the client, on this a foundation of success can be built.
In June 2025, Kim was appointed to the board of Age Concern Wellington. Age Concern is committed to promoting the rights, well-being and quality of life for older people in Wellington. Her personal experience with facing dementia has driven her passion to contribute to making a difference for older people.
Each fortnight, for Canine Friends, she also visits aged care homes with her dog Gracie (who is approved from pet therapy work), which is so rewarding, giving time to older people, to brighten their day.
Outside of work, Kim is affectionately known as the ‘whirlwind’ with all her projects, where she applies her efforts to be a builder, interior designer and mother to Gracie and Tom her babies. In 2025 she went down the rabbit hole of 'scent work' with her dog Tom, and now trials around New Zealand with him, if you want to be bored to death over a coffee, just ask her about this ....
We focus on investing time and effort to authentically engage, understand and collaborate.
If you want to work with a team that aligns people and purpose, experience and knowledge, culture and values, we would love to hear from you today.
