Kim brings over 17 years experience managing and delivering both consulting and recruitment services in Wellington.
Throughout her career she has worked with many vastly different Government organisations on large and complex transformation programmes, some include the New Zealand Defence Force, Oranga Tamariki, New Zealand Police, Ministry of Justice.
She is described by clients as authentic, supportive, hard working, dedicated and honest. She is particularly passionate about making a difference, and she isn’t afraid to make the tough calls. Kim is particularly attuned to ensuring there are true values and cultural alignment between the professional and the client, on this a foundation of success can be built.
Kim is currently learning basic Māori language skills with a focus on office communication and gain an understanding of Māori cultural concepts and protocols as they relate to the workplace, and is about to start her next course.
Outside of work, Kim is affectionately known as the ‘whirlwind’ with all her projects, where she applies her efforts to be a builder, plant propagator, interior designer and mother to Gracie and Tom her babies, both English Cocker Spaniels.
