With a background in recruitment, coordination and stakeholder engagement, she brings a calm, organised approach to the team, making sure people feel informed, comfortable and supported throughout their journey.
Originally from the UK, (Essex, so a good chat comes naturally) and now based in New Zealand, Kirsty is currently studying Health, Safety and Wellbeing, building on her passion for creating environments where people feel safe, valued and able to be themselves.
As a mum of two she understands just how important it is to find the right fit and brings a practical, supportive approach to our team.
Outside of work you’ll likely find her on a long walk with a good coffee, learning a new craft when time allows, and exercise!
