Principal Consultant
Sarah brings over 20 years of HR and recruitment experience, acquired both internationally and within Wellington. Her career has been predominantly focused on specialising in business transformation and digital and technology recruitment within the Wellington job market. Working across government and private organisations she is well connected to an extensive network of professionals. She believes that recruitment should be an easy process, streamlined and straight forward. She takes pleasure in deeply understanding her clients’ businesses and requirements, ensuring a value-add process that delivers the right candidate for their needs. Quality and integrity are at the heart of all her interactions. Outside of work, Sarah’s life is dominated by her love for sports - whether it's coaching netball teams and development programs, supporting her children’s basketball, rugby and touch matches or taking time to walk/run/hike off the beaten track. During the warmer months, she loves her family kayaking excursions. In her downtime, Sarah finds joy in spending time with her family and friends, playing the guitar, reading books, planning her next travels and hanging with her Cavoodle Skye.
